  • AlMeta - Russian PI

    Thought I'd ask if anyone knows much about this PI unit pre-built board and if so please post your thoughts, pics of your build etc.

    I picked one up awhile back on ebay, it seems to work really well, is small and compact and has good air test depth so far but since it has
    a small sister control board interface (momentary switches for changing settings) I wanted to see if you had trouble mounting it in your
    control box.

    Not sure what they are calling the "Barrier", it is a function and has a momentary switch for changing this setting as well.

    Don't know much about it other than the info that comes with it which is a bit difficult to understand.

    I'll post some pics of mine after I get it installed in my case.

    Thanks in advance for any info

    ups... suspecting it is a clone by CLONE (boom...)-TRACKER (one same schematic). "Barrier" is MAIN SAMPLE DELAY, setting by auto way or manually.

      There are some details here ->
      http://www.photoshopchop.com/store/R...806538839.html
      and the same here ->

      I guess the name "AlMeta" translates to "All Metal".

        Thanks guys, I have the info, was just asking if anyone else has bought one of these and put it together and how they did it and if it was difficult.
        I finished up my front panel and got it best I can, it isn't perfect but all the buttons work nice so now its time to add the small li ion battery and the
        coil plug and finish it up.

        some pics of the current status.
