  • metal/cave detector locator for ipad or android

An attractive alternative to expensive cave/metal locator that can cost 10.000€/20,000€
the market I found the model of OKM (ROVER UC), and a little-known Indian (ITreasureHunter3D).
Both have an antenna embedded in a trekking pole to go unnoticed.
Both use a bluetooth4 transmission system with software.
I would like to open a debate on the forum for further study of the operation of these devices.
In this way, we can all work together to develop a metal / cave locator with those characteristics, a lessor who is discreet and unnoticed.
Not everyone has the opportunity to buy machines with high prices.
We build it all together by collecting information on the operation of the antennas of 2 Rover UC and ITreasureHunter3D.
Someone has the ability to find the circuit diagrams of the antennas or information about how they work?
    They should be simple magnetometers

Yes, kt315, you know whats good and makes treasure-hunters happy, even as kids already!

Well, the thing is that you can't search for cavity with one of those magnetometer-walking sticks.
Seen from the price-tag, cavity detection starts with the Blisstool incl. 35cm coil (ca. 650 Euros)
(it detects only small cavities or the borders of the rooms because it is a motion-detector),
followed by the Makro Jeo-Sonar (2D graphical output) - depending on the coil ca. 1500 Euros
and then followed by the Makro DeepHunter with 1m coil or also by the Easy-Rad GPR,
both depending on the accessoires etc., ca. 2500-4500 Euro.

The less mineralic the soil, the harder the cavity detection.
If the ground is non-mineralic like air, cavity detection will fail.

btw. I hope that the life of the employees of Makro which resides at Istanbul will be
not negatively affected by this mean act of terror which happened a few days ago.

        Hi Guru.
        Thanks very kind.
I have tried the jeohunter and deephunter, both excellent machines.
Excellent quality / price ratio is the jeohunter.
The detectors of OKM I see that they are very expensive, much more expensive than other brands.
We are all close to the employees of Makro, unfortunately terrorism is affecting the activities across Europe.

          Thanx for the reply!

OKM not is just very expensive but also builts so called LRLs,
claiming those detectors would be able to find pretty small gold objects
from dozens or even hundreds of meters away. Forget this crap and there
overpriced "software-magnetometers", they just wanna rip everyone off!
Same as some other LRL-companies who try to trick everyone with their
fancy and fantastic treasure-fairy-tales and selfbetrayer-stories!

The idea to work with some discreet walking-stick is not bad,
same as using treasure-hunting boots with thick soles where some
          coil could get installed.

For a walking-stick detector some pinpointer could be used.
I guess its the best idea to rip off the complete tip incl. plastic
because the coil is glued pretty good inside of it.
Then you only need a long cable so the pinpointers PCB
can get built into the handle of the stick.

Therefore the coil still must work or be within the calibration-area
even if the coil-cable ist 1meter long instead of 15cm as usually.

Easier to create would be some treasure-hunting shoe which has a
thick sole so the pinpointers coil can get sticked into while the
electronic parts plus battery can be mounted somewhere outside.

          About Istanbul:
The openminded and international flair of those once culture-capital of Europe
gets reduces every year more and more by political-religious restrictions and now
because of this terrorism in Turkey which started already earlier in the eastern
parts of this country (Ankara etc.) the tourism for shure will get heavy problems.

Especially the german tourists from now on will avoid to visit Istanbul, Antalya,
Alanya, Side, Bodrum and other real nice holiday-locations - which is very sad.

Becoming a part of the European Union under such circumstances also is no longer
a realistic option and if Turkey doesn't hold back all those illegal immigrants who are
overflooding Europe the borders of Greece and Bulgaria will get closed more and more.

Good luck to Turkey and the great people who live there!
