noob question on surf pi kit

hello all
i have recently bought a surf pi kit and have been trying to read up and lean as much about it as possible before assembling it .
one thing i,m not sure about is the capacitors c3, c4 , c8 ,c16 and c18
the kit came 4 100nf 63 volt capacitors and one 100nf 100 volt capacitor
does it matter where the 100nf 100 volt capacitor goes ?

Don't be confused about capacitor voltages, they can be also 1000 volt's, u can't loose anything, only free space on your pcb, cause they are larger.
100v capacitor mean's that he can handle maximum voltage of 100 volt's for very short period, and there u need less than 20v.
