you are beginner in geotech and are not in course of the history. a right of manufacturing of pd3200 was sold and as DIY project it died at all many years ago.
just some good nostalgy left. you want to get the hope back... your right.

Whatever you looked at, the original hex file is not freely available. You can buy a programmed and locked processor from the Bulgarian company "Micron Metal Detectors".
This company is the owner of the PD3200 project.
