    The Patent Scam Intro

Little did I realize that I would be sued by a lawyer in Texas for using the Google Store.

    Twilight Zone!
    Fascinating!
    Even though to define it!
That's the sickness of the society which walks under the "democracy" label.
Sooner or later this had to be happening.
Why nobody do something against that?
Because it goes up to the highest levels in government.
There is a small share of that cake for everybody in the system... except for the small citizen.
I don't know how many more years must pass or what else must happen so USA citizen to realize in what kind of society they are living?
(unfortunately this is not only and exclusively USA specialty any more... this overgrows in a world problem)
Obviously there is no more oil in Texas... only dry sand left. No more lunatic incomes for those "fat" people.
No more wars too, at least those kind of wars on which they will make money.
Bureaucracy in administration grows over the sane proportions, and there is no enough money for everybody.
So they must think on some new methods how to squeeze money from own citizen.
But as long as there is a "tax" from such things; government will do nothing against it.

Bureaucracy in administration is the major world problem!
It becomes an industry of its own.

Too many unproductive occupations that people are engaged in.
      Corporative lawyers... corporative administrations...
What's that? Another name for lazy non-productive bustards dressed in fine suits, doing nothing productive yet taking huge money from the system.
It is huge mass of such people in each "modern" society.
More and more young people attends more schools with final aim; not primarly to become good educated: but to work less and earn more!
That's the bottom line: to work less and to earn more.
System based on such idea will colapse sooner or later. It is impossible to prevail.
Society to be able to prevail; must have least 50% productive jobs.
"Productive" - to product material and intelectual good. To produce new value.
Otherwise; society with lower rate will collapse soon. Because non productive jobs are only taking and not giving new values.
Lawyers and banks are on the top of that list. They do produce ZERO value but also they do take MOST from the society.
Ultimate hypocrisy is when some bank offers a credit as "product"!
      C'mon! A credit is "product"???
So banks do have their "product".
And what the damn lawyers do have?
      What is their "product"?
Whenever there is not "product" from a job; one must think on to invent it!
So they invented their new "product".
And nobody can do nothing about it in such kind of system.
So; change a system or... suffer and pay for such "products".
This is also explanation on how is possible patent office to accept any of those impossible and idiotic "patents"?
Patent office must do something to prevail.
It's the "give me anything" situation.
Politicians too... another unproductive occupation. Yet taking the "cream" from the top of the cake.
      System will not prevail.
Simply because of the lazy and non inventive
mediocrity bustards which are breeding like a grasshoppers, schooling for to "work less and earn more" lifestyle.

Now... after all this; it brings up the idea how to take easy money!
Let's file a "patent" on something and let's sue some big company!
All we have to do is to collect a money for patenting the nonsense.
And later to wait several months for off court settlement.

            America... land of opportunities!
Oh how i wish i was born there!

There are always methods to fight against those "white collar criminals".
Patents must be significant enough and it is no longer allowed to get a
patent for every little usual crap like a LED lamp with mirrors behind etc.

Problem is, that the huge companies like Philips or Sony etc. meanwhile have
big patent-portfolios and if a little firm creates or sells something patent-protected
it can end in an expensive law-suit for them which doesn't hurts those huge companies
but it can ruin the small ones!

Of course people since always wanted to protect what they think it is their property!
Even whole countries which have been robbed from others! The big animals eat the small ones!

And ivconic - don't blame the politics, the stupid people are guilty in must having
always some protectors and mighty ones! They can't live without the alpha-wolves!

They even can't live without a stupid mayor inside their little cow-villages!
And they also need religious leaders so they can dream about paradise!
They love to pay taxes so they can feel sound and save inside their houses.

Of course only as long as the mighty ones don't start a war - and this danger will
exists as long as people elect and vote their leaders!

Only the total stupid sheep cries by itself for the slaughter to come...

But of course many people want law and order and those who look after it!
Women immediately cry for the police or for help if they don't like something!
Perhaps not in eastern Turkey but almost everywhere else!

This example makes clear that the cause for our "authority systems" always
are the women because they are always just looking for strong man who
have no problems to defeat their children and like to fight with all matters.

But who I am telling this?
You are living in Serbia and most people do there what they want anyway!
Old archaic structures and the police gets a little bit bakshish and is happy!

Turkey per instance will not become a member of the EU because the laws
and "traditions" are not compatible with the meanwhile western standards.

Yeah, yeah, modern society-systems - what a foul pile of crap and egoism!
It looks great from the outside but in reality mankind still lives in the jungle!

For luck meanwhile there exists the digital or virtual world as some kind of
safe-haven for all those who give a f**k about the stupid "outside world"!
And for shure it's better if people play Ego-Shooter via Internet than killing
              each other in real life.

btw. I wanna play Resident Evil now so Ciao and don't get too angry about
those patent- and copyright bullsh*t stuff. It's not worth it and you know:

The good souls receive everything from heaven for free ...

I Think someone should get a Patent on "Procedures in Court Trials for Patents".
Than you could sue the patent trolls at their own game.

If necessity is the mother of invention, then corporate capitalism is the bastrd child of laziness and greed.
Ivconic, your skepticism is most warranted. The Global Ponzi Scheme, and its' trade in misery and failure, is a glowing example of disparity, greed, contempt and corporate bastrdry.
It is the perfect storm for the next world-wide depression, which will make 1930 look like a walk in the park.

Laugh as you will. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Yes Ivconic. A fish rots from the head down. I do not trust anyone that wears a suit, and Australia is rotting from the head down.

Here it is illegal to own a shield, and the duocratic oligarchy is payrolled by corporate puppeteers.

Like the patent process, justice is for those who can afford it.

                  Rant over.

The problem is in the Patent Office that grants those ludicrous patents.

No. The problem is a patenting system as such.
Not going into an old conundrum how many lawyers you need to replace a lightbulb, this is a consequence of lawyers taking care of invention. Someone thought it was a bright idea. Well - it is most obviously a bad idea.

Tonight on the news here an entrepreneurial and generous story about a bloke making fully functional prosthetic hands. Of course the capitalistic medical aids industry always patents these devices they design. This blokes hands are made from an 1850's design, originally carved from whale bone, and now reproduced with the aid of a 3D printer.
This open source project was only made possible by the input of many bright and charitable minds, and they outsource the production to willing locals with 3D printers, manufacturing the hands for about $50...while the parasites in the industry charge $2500 each.....
Since its inception they have made over 2000 prosthesis' for predominantly children, all over the world.
This to me is the epitome of all that is wrong with patents and capitalistic monopoly. Profiting from misery is the lowest ebb of a sleazy and greed-ridden capitalist doctrine, and wholly defines the thought process behind patents.
Necessity is the mother of invention.
Patents are the bastrd child of capitalism and greed.
