Hi Eclipse, thanks reply, I have had a look at the clone PI-M, looks like an interesting project, I had a look at Andy's website but having a bit of trouble translating some of the text, I would like to discuss the project further with you.

PCB is awful from the perspective of one who will make attempt to do it "manually" (thermo foil or similar methods).
There are several pretty close traces with huge risk to touch and make unwanted junctions.
Also some components are simply "piled up" and it would be tough to rearrange them to fit properly.
Otherwise; it is interesting enough to be made. But i would rather try to draw own pcb.
I tried skim "smoothing" by correcting some angles and lines width. I think is bit better now, yet still don't like it.

My board is SMD, 50x100mm in size, cannot be hand made at all.

hello eclipse, very nice can you upload pcb files

at momnet i comepare some chines pcb factories

one delivers dierect from Hamburg here in Germany, another one via dhl express within one week after processing pcb

so it is no more necessary to etch pcb by myself, what waste of time to etch and drill.

This board is not following the original reference design, has got some mods on it if you have noticed, also 1 error, just noticed it, may not work at all!
It's always best to use proven designs tested by others and my policy is not to share board layouts,
as these take some time to create, and yeah couple of other reasons too which I don't want to fill in.
