What's would be better??

Looking at Crazy-Pulse V1 , modifying my surf pi 1.2, or build a FORTUNE-M vlf just wondering what's best for gold nuggets , I have a surf pi 1.2 at 3.25" for gram nugget, also have a vandal pulse 2 with 0" on nuggets but unbeleavable depth for coins . Just looking for another project to build that would be better for gold nuggets if you have suggestions or know a better one let me know.

Goldbug schematics have just been posted but as far as I know nobody's designed a board.

Would make a nice project bit different.

just in this (2016) year I got the pics of Whites GMT board! LOL! from 2004 year as Geotech started it was FIRST case when people gave me THE PICS!

I am a beginner in this field, but I have experience in electronics and automation. I don't look for "the best gold detector" (the PI detectors have bad discrimination). A PI with decent depth detection and some basic GB will be OK.
It's surprising that most of schematics are 10-20 years old. Only few with controllers, but at basic level.
In 2016 I expected more sophisticated diagrams, with dedicated circuits and sophisticated algorithms for analyzing the signals.
