Cutlass II

Yesterday i have bought a second hand tesoro cutlass II(no Umax). I know it's not working. Is there someone they have the circuit of this detector. On the copper size is the following text:tesoro silver/cutlass II. What is the difference between the two and can i upgrade to the silver or is this the basic one?

The only difference is that the Silver Sabre added a variable threshold. A single potentiometer. So, yup, upgrading it is very easy. You could also move the internal preset ground balance to the panel, and make it variable. There is a Silver Sabre uMax schematic in one or more of the forum posts, it should be very close to the old Cutlass.
