If the GM1000 can accomplish what the Gold Bug II does, I am in. Tired of manual ground balance. Matching the Gold Bug II is a tall order.

Wonder if the Coils would be GMT Compatible or at least tunable? I'm sure MineLabe would prevent that.

Will be interesting to see if the GMT coils would fit, I certainly hope there will be concentric coils to fit this new GM1000 eventually since they generally give added depth over dd coils, nice that the machine comes with a couple size dd coils already. On the VLF's I tend to stay with smaller coils I am not so much into large coils for hunting with VLF's. I tend to break out the GPX when it comes to deeper hunting.
