    Hi bernte_one

This is 10 years old Pulse Induction project published in Slovenian magazine "Svet Elektronike" (World of Electronics).

Detector has no specific name, only generic name: "Detektor kovin" which mean "Metal detector". So it is not "Kovin PI".

It could be named according authors name "Tomo PI" or according his surname "Berend PI".

PCB is still available at magazine virtual Shop page:

    http://trgovina.svet-el.si/productde...p?prodid=17003

As well preprogrammed micro AT MEGA 8:

    http://trgovina.svet-el.si/productde...p?prodid=16962

You can pay by Paypal too, but buyer should be registered first.

It is classical micro PI. Comparable with Stuart PI. Dedicated to AT Mega micro lover.
There is a lot to play with front end (coil, damping R, ignition transistor, diodes, OpAmp ...) to get best results and possibly learn something new.

Sorry 6666, nothing about programming AT MEGA and fuse setting.
From start it was provided for purchase PCB and preprogrammed micro.
Otherwise it should be business as usual with programming AT MEGA 8.
