Back to the forum, I seek the help of electronics specialists.
I made an IDX Pro with the pcb silverdog. It works very very well .. but, it is the 3rd time the lf347 dies ...... the first time I believed has a short circuit during editing. .. the second for no apparent reason and this weekend, the idx stayed in the car .. in full sun with 35 ° celcius ...
Here is my question, is it possible to replace the 347 by the military version 147?

Ofcourse i'ts possible, but it is very hard to find one.
Also, u can use 247 or 347J, the last one is in ceramic case like 147.
