  • MiniPulse Plus - successful build with 3D printed parts

Tibuck19 is now the fourteenth person to complete a MiniPulse Plus project ->
    http://www.geotech1.com/forums/showt...eotech-members

At least ... he's the 14th person to admit to it, and be inducted into the Hall of Fame (or Rogues Gallery, if you prefer).
Currently there have been 2,331 views of the MPP schematic, and 1,445 of the Build Document, so there must be many more than 14 successful projects so far.
Strangely though, if we take the numbers at face value, that means there are 886 people who looked at the schematic, but never read the Build Document.

Tibuck19's project is particularly interesting because of the use of 3D printed parts.
Very well done, and an excellent example to others.

Qiaozhi I could be the 15th! I finished my MPP back in March. I did the KRinAz mods and my unit runs great. I am using a Miner John's 6" coil and the sensitivity is almost as good as my friends TDI SL!

Also, I've just realised that I completely forgot to upload the photos sent by Tibuck19. I'll go and do that now.

Thank you very much, Admittedly it was not with out great help from you all on the forums and for that I am great full, If there isn't more being built, there defiantly should be as bang for bucks the MMP is a winner , by bumping up the damping resistor from 600R to 1.2K which add's a little resonance at the very top of the TX wave form (TP3)just before it dips down, I gain a sold 2 inching bring it to 11 inches on 1946 USA nickel with a the ten inch coil. I have to say, I learn so much more about Metal detectors on this build, and with the help of the handy inside metal detector book. the Minipulse was worth the build just for the learning alone, plus the reward of a working detector! here some of the resent finds with it .
