That's 7 ICs. The 709 could be the metal can. LM331 DATASHEET says it's a voltage to frequency converter. Wonder what the audio sounds like on this rig.
Anyone have a schematic?
Are you sure about the lm398? I think it is not so. LF398 maybe. This also could be metal can.
