I have stumbled upon some info on the tracker 2
this link will take you to a thread
in the thread is a clickable link that will download a hex file and some pcb info on tracker 2
chrome will convert the thread text to english, the text seems to say the hex is for newer ATtiny2313.
Sensitivity 18-20cm at the coin 25mm diameter and up to 100-150cm for large metal objects
the coil 27 turns in a solid copper wire enamel insulation diameter of 0.5-0.8 mm (.6mm is best)
coil diameter 18-25cm.
