The old-fashioned way was to use a transformer. It still works, and fortunately there are good multi-winding inductors these days designed to operate in the low MHz region, it's not just grandpa's mains and audio power any more.Comment

ISOLATED ? You mean Isolated from the common battery lines ? No Common Ground? Why can't you use just a Buck Booster ? What is the issue with that ?Comment
