Hi George....when ive had to send batteries back to ebay dealers cause of false capacity claims if the post office or courier staff asked about contents of package and you say lithium batteries they will not transport them.

That's where you went wrong. You told them the truth!

Always makes me laugh. When you can buy a blatant copy of a detector or pinpointer from China but only without batteries.

LOL Some times it's easier to beg for forgiveness when and if caught then asking for permission.

            Dear Anatloy

Thank you for your interest in White’s products.
There were a number reasons White’s discontinued the TDI Pro.
#1. Poor sales, it was not popular. White’s has sold more Goldmaster GMT models in one day than TDI Pro in ALL it’s years of production.
#2. Travel difficulties with the larger size Lithium Ion Batteries.
            #3. Weight. Complexity.
            #4. Obsoleted Raw materials.
White’s does have some exciting and promising Research and Development… on-going, regarding a high power model.

            Sincerely
            Steve Howard

I think if white's had made a waterproof version of the TDI Pro or a high power pulse detector like eric's GS 6 they could have been onto a winner !!!
