I met Dave Emery on a Scottish metal detecting Rally (Toddy's Digs) in 2014. Nice guy. He demonstrated his discriminating PI to me, where he put a tiny silver coin inside a metal (iron) can and it went BEEEP! He told me the detector would go on sale at some french company and at https://www.detecnicks.co.uk but I have never seen it in the store since. He also told me he put all of his bank accounts and his house on his wifes name in case minelab would sue him when the detector came out. I mailed him a year later and he said it would still take a while before the detector would be produced.

I case anyone has more recent new let us know!
