  • Where can I get Tesoro coil connector?

    Hello,

does anybody know where to buy the Tesoro coil connector (male/female) for a home-made detector? Does anybody knows the manufacturer and/or the correct marking for search?

    Thanks and regards,
    Gandalf

The standard Tesoro coil connectors are made by SwitchCraft. Check their web site for the particular connector you want, then do a web search on the part number, 'cause I don't know who carries those particular connectors.

      And the switches?

Do you know the switches supplier also?

Not sure, I'd have to look. I think they've used different brands over the years. I like the C&K switches, which are the same size as the ones Tesoro uses, and widely available.

Question for others: anyone know where to get the long-baton switches, such as what's used for the White's trigger-mode switch?

Carl, RS in the UK sell them, but they are cheaper to buy from Whites themselves!

Try rswww.com and do a search.

            Hello Carl,

            thank you for answering.

I asked SwitchCraft for a Distributor that is in Germany or the EU by email but I have no reply so far.

            Best regards,
