Gotta love the old Compass's. I have the 94B and the Judge 5. Missed out on a 77B pro on fleabay here in Oz the other week (darn!) due to lack of funds.
I traced out my 94B a while back and intend to Sprint up a board at some stage.
Your 77 should be ideal for the old camps. An old mate raked a camp at Tibooburra a few years ago with the neo-dymiums and got over an ounce out with his ML GP.
How does the rake work with the magnets so high ?, what would be the size of the mags thanks.

Great stuff Chiv- hope you do well with it. Sometimes it's easier to service what's already there than to chop and change
6666- When raking from above the angle means the magnets are scraping the surface. These are 20mm x 12mm from memory. They have countersunk screw-holes, but I just sanded the rake then epoxied them, as they break easy. That was partly the method in my madness for putting them up a bit-any closer to the teeth would inevitably lead to breakage and separation.
Glad to be of some help to Y'all.
