do you know if its the screen itself or the driver board?, the solder connections on the driver board that connect the screen to it look the standard type, http://elcodis.com/parts/6035654/pg1...html#datasheet
that's the data sheet for the one in your pic, they are used on arduinos, so should be available.

you may have to get one and put the new screen on the minelab driver board, the ones I have seen searching have gloptop ic's, yours have proper Samsung chips, it may well be that they are made more cheaply now hence the little black gloptop ic's, or the driver board could be made for minelab, you would have to play around with it when you get a new screen.

good luck, I would probably use the minelab driver board if it tests ok anyway, its most likely the lcd screen itself but you never know.
