There is BJT transistors are used for power supply MJE18008 the good thing they are faster then FET i didn't try them before

What are you basing your statement on ?, a quick check of the data sheet says the 18088 turns off in micro seconds, were a irf740 turns off in nano seconds

Read 22 threads on Tx mosfet drivers for better understanding of the topologies involved. It is not just about fast turn off time. The delays from whichever driver circuit used only are a small part. The essential elements of FIELD switch off time are coil inductance, the mosfet breakdown voltage, coil current and coil capacitance. Also the recovery time of this first RX amp.
