My PCB etch came out very good indeed. I am very pleased with the results. Next step is tinning and drilling holes. I still need to remove toner.
It looks bad on photos, that's just the toner, believe me, the tracks are almost perfect.
There is a fundamental difference between the schematics at the input of the 4066 switches. You show the 22K resistors connected from input to gnd vs in series between the pre-amp and switches.

Yes. You noticed. Nobody is interested enough to see this let alone make any comment regarding this difference. I am not favorite here on forum. C'est la vie.
This is how it is on the DMC-2B PCB, from which I reversed the scheme.
The other schema is of the Nautilus DMC-2.
Thanks. I intend to finish the Nautilus project and get it working. Then it will be my small contribution to forum to give back a complete project.
Maybe someone else will come along and be happy to see such a thing.

Dbanner,
I will be happy to see the actual completion of the project. Keep me informed. Melbeta
What an odd response! Most people would recheck their work to verify the relevant connections one way or the other. From a personal standpoint, I don't care, but I would have thought that with all the effort you have put into it, you would. Your call.

Did you miss the post where he said

Whatever do you mean? Go back and read my post.
Sometimes when I am editing my post, I am looking back at schematic to be sure of what you were asking. Maybe you didn't see edited post.
The DMC-2, and the DMC-2B are slightly different in design.
Almost done population of the PCB with all the components, if all goes well, I should commence actual testing on Friday. The coil is gonna take at least one day to make something good enough for testing the circuit.
I don't have a horse in this race, I'm just an observer.
You are not making any sense. You made keen and significant observation of difference in the two circuits. I am aware of this difference, no one else has even mentioned this. My conclusion was that nobody was interested or couldn't be bothered to offer any comment about the difference, even though they are aware.
