What DIP16 IC could have been used for Rx delay?

Trying to identify a DIP16 IC used for Rx delay in a 1984 Garrett PI (Sea Hunter XL 500).

The pulse signal from this IC comes from pin #10 and goes to the gate of the FET between the initial op amp and the rest of the Rx circuit.

Sould be a 74121 (monostable) of a CMOS equivalent.

Look for low value caps and resistors connected to pins on it.
