Hi,

My Problem is that i dont have a bill of materials. I dont know which Transistors i should use.
I can find a schematic from the smd version but i need tht parts.

I can find the majority of the parts at the silkscreen but i need the missing parts.

i already saw this schematic. But the problem is that it uses smd transistors, i need the tht equvalents for it.

change first '8' on '5' in a trans type and you get equvalent. no secret, everyone knows this rule.

BC807 - BC327-16

BC817- BC337-16

BC856- BC556A

Can i use 1N4148 instead of BAV99?

I need to replace this transistors:

BC817 --> BC517
BC807 --> BC507
BC856 --> BC556

Can i use 2N2222 and 2N2907 too?

Try the transistors, they should go.
Pay attention to the pin assignment of the Transistors!
Instead of a BAV99 you need 2x 1N4148

I think i just have to put normal 1N4148 in the holes at my pcb.

Is BAV99 a dual package? D4 and D5 in one BAV99

Or do i need to take 8 x 1N4148 Diodes?
