I should better read the datasheets of the transistors.
a problem is not with kt, problem with whom drawed this schematic. open any my one and you will see CLEAR STRUCTURE OF EVERY TRANSISTOR.
for mosfet i MARK EVERY PIN - GATE SOURCE DRAIN. no misleading!

I wanted to say that I check every statement and do not rely on it.
And I do not see kt as a problem, never

The schematic doesnt use a speaker and i dont know which transistor i should use for it.
It's the last one without designation. Maye the same like T1? Because the only difference is a speaker instead of a Motor.

I hope the electrolytic caps are okay, the sizes are confusing.

use ordinary transistors. i do not see big necessity to use darlington in this schematic.

PIC pin 10 goes to EP1. i think EP is E lectric P iezo.

Theres a transistor at pin10 and the speaker after that.
A resistor replaces the volume pot.

i mean this sch. which do you mean? http://smartelectronix.biz/_pu/0/48791391.jpg
i do not see a transistor on pin 10.

This schematic doesn't match to the board exactly.
The transistor is at the board but not in the schematic.
I think the guy who made it added it afterwards.

all this plan of Eddy to do this moded Surf is 'caps do not give sure accuracy of the timing'. while we need color LCD. we need discrimination
and advanced project. we need two polar pulses with 128 points of samples. but Eddy just changes 4093 on the micro.

If it works like the normal Surf PI then its ok for me.

I think i can use any transistor type for the speaker. I will order a few more.

Eddy is here in forum and you can ask him anytime.

Eddy made this schematic. But not this layout.

It doesnt matter anyways, the only difference is this one transistor.

this one transistor set for the speaker. because a speaker is need in power/current, while piezo electric is not, only voltage.
thats why the piezo connected to PIC's pin directly.

Can i replace the 100n poly caps with ceramics? I forgot to order them.

I also can not find a 470u electrolytic capacitor with pin spacing 4mm.
