  • Template Software Question

On my next detector project I want to do a more professional looking job. I was wondering if anyone knows of a software package for creating the backgrounds that surround Pots and switches on the faceplate of pieces of electronic equipment. Things like the 0-10 with the lines. I know I am not explaining the all that well but I hope that some of you will know what I am talking about!!! Sorry for the poor description!!!

    Thanks

            Re: Template Software Question

I have used several different drawing programs with reasonable success. Printmaster is nice because you can wrap text around knobs and such. I also use a Drafting and Design Applique Film from Chartpak. Cat # is DAF8 works nice in a laser printer or a copier. Says it works with ink but I haven't tried it in an inkjet printer.
Hope this is of some use.

I will look into the Applique Film from Chartpak as that was going to be the next step after finding the software
