At first I thought you were showing us a video you had discovered on youtube, and was asking a question as to whether this was some sort of hybrid technology. But it appears that it is you in the video showing us a prototype detector. If that's the case, then this was not clear from your initial post.

What is it that you're attempting to tell us?
Is this something you've designed yourself?
Are you going to share the details (which is what we like to do on this forum) or are you just enjoying winding up KT315?
It would be good to know your intent in this matter.

all I see in the video is a detector ground being ground balanced

then doing what a detector is suppose to do, detect.
