Any 6000 schematic should provide you enough to chase this issue down I would think. Open this file in MS Paint and you can read it more the well.

not HF, thats not so simple way to take your schematic and seeking problem. in neigbour thread fischer 1225 you see just very primitive
pinpoint part - two opamps, key, knob but nobody is able to help. the simplest circuit and no release.

I emailed Todd at White's and just maybe I will get a fix. But in the meantime I would like to tell everyone thank you for the help and support and when I get it fixed I will post it here for all. Thanks and any other help would be appreciated.

First thing to check is the trigger switch. Does the depth indicator work? Spray with WD.

Pinpointer mode switches the detector to ground balance normal mode via a CD 4053 chip(U7). Maybe this is not happening.
Does your device work when manually switched to ground balance normal mode?

Everything works great except for the audio when pinpointin. When pinpointin the meter works to show the depth. When scanning for coins or realistic the audio and meter works great.

Also when the trigger is pulled back or pushed forward the meter works but no audio. Only audio in the center position.

Look for dry solder joints. Also in ground balance sat mode, does it keep a stable threshold? Culprit might be CA3140 chip.

The ground balance and threshold are both very stable. I also received a schematics from Todd at White's and don't know if I should post it here or in the schematics thread.
