The so-called "Gain pot" is actually the sample pulse width. Adjusting the width of this pulse can be used as an effective gain control. However, please be aware that the gain versus pulse width is not linear. from https://www.geotech1.com/forums/show...058#post259058. I have tried to simulate MPP integrator in spice many times. Some simulations, gain didn't change when changing sample time. Finally got one where gain changed linier with sample time and it looked like ground balance could work by adjusting sample time. (Two simulations)one gain doesn't change with change in sample time, the other gain changes linear with sample time. Both simulations probably not correct. Does anyone have a simulation for the first integrator stage that is correct or can correct one of mine. Trying to learn how to use spice, lot easier to change circuit or components vs hard wiring if I could learn how to make a good simulation.
