PCB is
around 17 cm long (6.69291 inch)
and
3 cm wide (1.1811 inch)

Thanks for your reply I wanted to know only the pcb measurements.

you can measure any board. set sprint layout. put pic of board like a layer. scale the pic under grid 2.54mm (1/10 of inch)
considering step of pins of any DIP chip is 2.54mm. use then option of measurement.

you have to do this step first.

the image of Barracuda was sure scaled. so i could - measure of size of the PCB, measure of all ICs' placements.
SL and P-CAD were worked simultaneously. i took those measurements and transfered in P-CAD.
that gave me clear picture of the future board.
