GQ Aquasearch sealing problem.

Problem solved! Found an exact replacement box from https://gsioutdoors.com/lexan-s-gear-box.html size small. Measures- 6.5" x 5.0" x 3.4" (165 x 127 x 86 mm). When I received the box in the mail today I was pleasantly surprised it was exactly the same as the box on the AQ Aquasearch V2. The seal seams to have been improved as far as firmness. After receiving the box I called the company and ordered 2 extra seals. The product is #73506 Lexan S Gear Box. from GSI Outdoors Inc. located in Spokane, Wa. Phone (509) 928-9611. They also have other sizes of waterproof boxes.I hope this helps a few others.

A simple gasket swap should get it water proof.
