Hello Forum ,a good year 2004 full of discoveries for all the guys off the forum...
A friend of mine bought the gp 3000 ,and now i have access to this machine ,we went to search this saturday , my first impression :
-it is a good detector for very high mineralised soil like here in Mexico, no problem to search with hot rocks....
-for the penetration (sensibility),same as good detectors like those make from Eric...
-buttttttttttttttttttt for the weight,HHHHHHHHHHHorrible ,very heavy , you search two hours maximum, three perhaps if you have a "Rambo" musculatur......
-it is not a detector for the novice ....two complicate to adjust ,a lotttttt of pots and swicth....a disaster ...
    later in my next "salida" , i check another parameters,and i post a photo,oK

it good for search a treasure and look for large targets at a great depth. Define size of targets and material, and expected depth. Then maybe someone more knowledgeable can answer.

No problem per se. Just saying ... it's a good idea to look at the date of a post before replying.
