However, if you really need Chapter 13, then you should take up KT315's offer of a real (half) copy of the book.
There are also some secondhand first edition copies on Amazon UK at stupidly inflated prices.

btw a file in internet is second edition, without chapter 13, although header page written it is first edition.

In that case, you are out of luck.
There is no PDF version of Edition 1 that is available for sale.

The cheapest copy I could find is on Amazon UK at 34.81 GBP,
or $20.39 on Amazon USA.

I would take apart from my 1st SE Edition of ITMD for 30 euro (shipping elsewhere inclusive).
SE = Special Edition, signed by author, so very rare MD historical specimen.
