This is ammazing. So many headphones are manufactured that have a 41 detent pot. But I can't find a place to buy it.
Someone must know!
Also, most use the same ear muffs yet there is some kind of trade secret where to get them besides retail with the Howard Leight logo. They are marked "Made in Switzerland".

Yes, I have seen that one. That's my top choice. But to actually find a place to buy is unlikely. Mouser and Digikey, do not have.

Mouser say's they can get me some at 0.52 with a 6-8 week lead time.

The ear muffs can usually be bought at gun shops. The ones that most of the manufacturers seem to be using for thier headphones were originally sold as hearing production. I forget the manufacturer's name but you still may be able to find them at some gun shops. If I remember right they were about $20 about 10 years ago.
