Seen a few CTX batteries where the BQ chip does not turn on a fet for the pack output so it charges forever even though the cells are good/new and charged. The BQ part is loaded with a battery profile while at the factory so replacing it with a new part will not have the profile. All other parts seem to check good. I am wondering if anyone here has figured this out. Any issues just replacing the board with another with just balancing and protection features? Will it charge ok on the Minelab charger?
