thanks ivonic i am not familiar with these things maybe if you can give me a great help to find out what the transistor is
I cannot understand that you are a true ivonic friend
Try to trace out only that part of the pcb, see what are the connections. Locate power lines.
Draw on paper and post here.
Slim chances, yet possible to figure it out.
one important issue. do not buy from company that does not answer you. forget detech and do projects
on the site. you pay your money for what? if i sell boards i answer at night and at day.
i see this board first time in my life. yes, i beleive it is DP based sch. but in your hand
you are able nothing. you can not desolder board, yo can not draw layout, draw sch,
you can nothing. so you must give out this board to another men who CAN. i fear every movement
of your hand on this pcb... you put new problems in the board by every your touching of solder iron.
I had a chance to repair a ssp-5100G coils a while back and I have some comments for it.
take a look at the pictures first:
the fault was coil cable and connector, anyway
the first is first, Sensitivity == my home made Polones PI which i had at hand with same size coil for both.
which is disappointing considering the Price (more than 2000$)
super slow response time just like Polones
controls:
Delay: doesn't represent any values just says min / max when you push it and God knows what that refers to...
Volume: it's too load and you can barely feel the change over the entire range of adjustments.
Auto: Super slow SAT if i remember correctly
Reset: //RESET (it's one of those programming comments)
Depth: effects a bit on sensitivity
Detect: "Not Sure".
Tuner: it was like a lucky wheel which you would press and get a random number to work with in the field. "Not Sure"
ON/OFF: Now this one is legit, it actually turns the device On or Off, but only when the coil is attached which is annoying if you just want to play with the menu in your room, alone.
DISC: you push it and it goes On or Off, and when it's ON it can detect a nice chunk of black Pure iron bar just as good as when it's OFF. so overall "very useful"
Light: and finally Yes they actually can blink the LED
and the Graph, Yes it's just a sound to Graph converter, like a special sound recorder.
I had some field experience with it the same day and of course it doesn't have GEB so very sensitive to ground keeping in mind the high coil peak current they used.
battery life suckes, maybe an hour and a half or so
really nothing...
i'm still shocked by Price/Performance ratio.
