Help with KT's delta P legend +

I have been search for the layout (.lay) because i will make it at home with old way.
Can any one help me.

I think he did release one, but then somebody pirated it and sold on ebay

I wish I could find the lay.
Because in Tunisia there isn't who makes the double sided.
So I decided to make it on my own, I couldn't pass the diagram to sprint or proteus. In that point i think i will do the turkish version.

It would be easier to trace out the schematic on EasyEDA and design your own PCB and order through jlcpcb rather that the DIY solution on a 2 sided board.
Another much easier way would be to order the PCB from kt315 (if he can ship it to Tunisia) and avoid all the hassle and trouble.
