Gerber file upload problems

Hi everyone, wondering if anybody can help.
I was trying to upload gerber files to aisler.net. I downloaded the files from this forum.

The Surf PI file aisler says not able to find any RS-247x files.
The Baracuda file aisler says board outline not found.
The MPP Beach file aisler says board ountline not found and when you look at board preview it
doesn't look like there are any holes drilled and one corner looks messed up.

Files didn't work on oshpark either, They do work on jlcpcb.

Don't know if its me, the files, or the websites.

Has anybody used aisler.net ?

Never heard of the company till now, what file are you useing ?

Important:

• Make sure your drill files are exported in 2:4 precision and are set to the unit inches.
• Please ensure that the board outline layer only contains the board outline

Keep in mind that Soldermask is an inverted mask. So you need to fill where you want to remove the mask.

I downloaded the zipped gerber files from this forum.

For a test,I tried to upload the forum MPP gerber files to that aisler.net site but it spat out errors, it also wanted a board outline
I tried the JLCpcb site it, they take the gerbers no problem

Some PCB manufacturers want the board outline to be a separate Gerber file instead of being included as part of the other files.
If you view the Gerber files using Gerbv, you will see that all the information is there.

I would recommend using JLCPCB. They are good quality, fast turnaround, and inexpensive.
