I need a Schematic for a Compaq AC Adapter Model LE-9702A, it is for a laptop....Any help would be appreciated.

If it has "blown" try changing the large FET in the PSU, also try changing the opto isolator (5 or 6 leg IC).
If you can't see any other physically damaged components, then it should now be OK.
Suggest you attach it to a garden extension lead, and switch on with a RCD breaker inline, if it powers up and works for more than 5 mins, it's fixed.
SMPS quite often blow the internal fuse too, but you MUST replace this with one of the SAME TYPE and RATING, or your household insurance will be void if it blows up and burns your house down. -
