    VERY interesting.

    I think this type of technology will be in the hobby market in the next year or so, then we'll be able to choose where to dig, and for what, rather than aimlessly waving a "magic polo mint" around and looking like muppets.

      New tech? This is not new. if you search the patents you'll find it all there years ago. Anyway Geonics is an old company with proven instruments.
      Not new, rather similar to two-box designs, usualy called induced polarization.
      It gives good results if you're interested in big finds (metallic ore bodies) and you have big wallet

        We can adapt this type of technology for hobby purpose.
        Reduce dimensions, and approximate to the ground.
