Sorry Andre, but what has this got to do with metal detector design or theory?

Im any event, it look to me like you are going to need a new motherboard. OR you could try updating the BIOS which may have become corrupted somehow.

Try disabling the Video interrupt. Alternatively, download the latest drivers for your chipset from who ever manufactured it.
