I am doubtful about the claims concerning that new PI detector. Manufacturers and metal detector dealers also offering so called long range detectors can't be very serious.
That's my personal opinion. Sorry.

Metal detecting in Turkey is not allowed, especially if you intend finding archaeological stuff. About four days ago, two German tourists and a Turkish citizen had been imprisoned in Nevsehir, because they were looking for byzantine graves with a metal detector.
Turkish prisons are said to be not very comfortable ;-)
