      Hello Im interested,and im not the guest who started this thread today. But if I recall you stated a noise problem that you had with a hammerhead prototype,this was probably generated by the 7660 IC. Thats where I would make a change. make room on the front-end board to have the power supply,and a little room for modifacations, and the second original board can have the remaining sections , audio ,etc.. add extra DC filtering for original board. Im working on this Hammerhead project now also. Eugene "a old junior member"

        Hi Carl, pretty nice schematics. Perhaps you need to try to use zener diodes on the clipping of the input spike, so it clips the signal not at 0.6 but 8V, and so you can inspect the signal earlier.
