This technology is patented by a US company called GEOPHEX in 1999, and copyrighted by me in 1990.
I suggested this methodology to Garrett in 1993, suggesting they use the GTi as a name for the model, 2 years later, I get ripped off  . No surprise there then.
Geophex, AND Terratec will have any rights they "think" they may own to this technology challenged throught the courts as soon as my lawyers have collected enough information.
Who knows, if I win I may even take on Garrett.
15 years ago, this idea was brought out. 15 years ahead of anyone else with multi frequency aspirations, but the UK government are about as much use as a chocolate radiator and wouldn't give any grants to support the development. I told them it was a world beater, they didn't believe me, now just look at Minelab!
Still I have other ideas that are STILL another 5 years (at least) ahead of any of the commercial ( or otherwise) hobby detectors, and they will be brought to market a LOT sooner than any of the other lamers that currently produce the toys we are forced to use.
I wonder how many of them can cay "Chapter 11"?
