have built the EE Treasure Hunter and am having problems with board. not getting the 7v up that i should be board seems to be runing at 9v and should be at 16v if there is any one that can help me please. i also found that tr2 tr3 are the wrong way round on the board if you put them the way it says then tr3 overheats and blows.
