  • I have found the Error I made on the Board and corrected it, so It Now works good.

Without actually making Full Size Coils, I would say its better than any other designs I have tried or designed myself.

I will now Print off this new corrected board and assemble and test it, Just to be sure.

One thing I didn't realize till now is Speaker operation is Not Practical. The Tone Changes are too Suttle to be heard from a speaker.

However, Headphones work well, so I will add pads for a Current limiting Resistor on the board.
This is the best way to protect against damage when using headphones.

Even though I will Post the PCB Design and my final schematic, I realize not all persons can make there own PCB, So I would like to know, All the persons who are interested in getting a board from me.

    Take care.....Gary

I Already Get That ringing effect.

The PCB is now revised and it works fine.

I will post all the info as soon as I get some time to scan the PCB and Re-do the Schematic, Showing the parts I Used.

Possibly I'll post a Picture of it Tomorrow.

I hope to also Re-label the part numbering and give a parts list.

This has been difficult, because I also typically get about 30 emails a day. There aren't enough hours.

yes, it is Transmitter-Receiver detector. it must be have mechanically Induction Balance position adjustment of the orthogonally disposed coils.

It's a 2-box, and is the same as your TR image. The IB coil form is known as OO (double O) and is an alternative to the more usual DD (double D). This last type is used on the Nexus detectors.
