PCB for SS-60

Hi Geo.
About SS-60 schematics, can you tell me what is SR1?

Rigth now i have almost 50% ready of ss-60 schematics on livewire software and after that i just have to export it to PCB wizard. This task is very easy with this software. I also had tried eagle and Sprint layout softwares, that indeed are good for this, but a little slow if you compere them with Livewire and pcb wizard software.
So i think that if i have enough time this weekend, may be pcb for ss-60 will be ready very soon.

PD: when ready, i ll post my pcb here, with the intention to review it by others and of course to give a try on homebrew metal detector.

SR1 is a 7809 voltage regulator.
But be careful........ 7809... not 78L09 because the current is high.

SS-60 schematic and pcb

Hi Geo and thanks for the information.
Now i uploading the schematic of Anker SS-60, made on livewire software. So if you or anyonoe can check this, please let me know.
I also had tried to build the pcb on PCB Wizard, but this shows that i need at least a 23 by 23 cms pcb (too big).
I also xan generate a gerber file, but im not so skilly with this, so if anyone can help on building the pcb, will be very nice.
I hope this small contribution, can help us to get a good one side pcb.

Where is ss60 pcb? Please convert .lvw to .pdf.

You can make 2 pcbs 12x10 cm and will be ok.
I made the ss60 on 2 general purpose boards 10x15cm or 10 x 16 cm (i don't remember exactly), but there is enough free space.

Yes Geo, i ll try to split it on two pcb´s. Thi will demand a little more time. So by now i need anyone that can check this schematic, so i ll try to convert it to pdf, gif, jpeg or similar format.

groza or Thunder--is much better , had good ground rejection!!!two-tone sound!good diskrimination!
I have Thunder 4Gt-with 28cm. DD coil --- 25mm coil--good signal to 45cm on air,and near 28-30cm. in ground(self testing)
