Is it "Simplex", "Legend" or this one , first with such enclosure design?
I expected ML to at least fix the big mistake of placing the coil connector so high from the stem.
Until you pick up such a detector and take it out into hilly terrain covered in thick bushes and underbrush... you can't even get a real sense of how big of a design flaw it is!
The high coil connector is an ideal "trap" for all types of branches in such terrain!
I have already criticized this at Nokta, before, some time ago. It's obvious that the "big ones" like ML don't care in the least about the user's opinion.
Listening to the sounds and looking at the performance and responsiveness... I still think it's basically the Explorer engine concept, ported to newer hardware, maybe tweaked and improved in some aspects.
But it's hard not to notice the great similarity in case design... so I wonder who copied whom here?
Do the Turks have a "spy" in ML or is ML blatantly copying the design of a smaller and weaker company?
