to reverse engineer the PCB and/or schematic is not the problem. The problem is the software whithin the microcontroller. No source code... no 100% reverse engineering possible.

There is no software its a fake money detector and inside it you find thé board that supply the lights with voltage

Sorry George, I would say "yes". Let the man post the schematic and all the available info, so we can see it and make a conclusions according to what we see.
Freso, be free to post what you intend to post here.
Preferably a clear schematic and all the needed info.
Then we will decide to make it or not.
Like Carl said; we can not make any device only according to video.
