CTX-3030 coil pinout?

I have removed the pcb’s successfully from each coil. One had multiple opens in one of the tx wires. I fixed that and temporarily hooked up the pcb and it works. The other coil had an open in the tx as well plus an open in the red wire. Fixed these but it still gives a “no coil detected” fault. I notice that the two silver wires near the RX wires show ~>200 ohms to either RX wire but open on the bad coil. What are these two wires (tied together)?

Bare wires connect the coil shield to the electronic board.

Should the shield be ~200 ohms to the rx coil or open? Which is the good coil? The 2nd pcb may be bad then.

Attached are two photos - one of each 11” coil. Notice that one has two black/white twisted pairs and the other does not. It appears that one RX coil wire, the bottom silver shield wires, and the twisted silver wires all connect to ground on the pcb. What are these b/w twisted pairs??
Bizarre how the TX wires are developing bad spots. You can see one in the bend in the grey TX wire near my fingers. That was all surrounded by the black gunk.
